Reflection #4

I never though I would be in a situation where I wasn’t sure what was right and what was wrong.

I guess my black-and-white thinking made me think that there would always be the right thing to do, and it would be pretty obvious what it was. If I ever got into confusing situations, I dismissed them and said they didn’t really matter.

But there are time when the decision seems so difficult, and you just can’t understand where is the right way to go. It seems like there should be a black and white, but you are incapable of perceiving it.

I guess those are the experiences that really try us. We feel alone, sometimes, and confused, and uncertain about who we are for a moment. But we just do our best. We try as hard as we can to choose the right way, and then we learn from it, and next time we’ll know a little bit better.
