We visited Utah for about a week. (I love my family a lot, but I like shorter visits. After a few days it just starts getting annoying.)
Anyway. We visited with my sister, Emily, and saw her new baby. And we stayed at my mom’s house for a while. I saw two of Dillon’s sisters and a whole lot of my own siblings. And some friends too. Lots of visiting.
Probably one of the highlights of my trip was going to the Twenty One Pilots concert. My sister, Clarissa, got us floor tickets. My mom came, and my sister’s friend Mallory, and we had a very, very good time. I was hoarse the next day after all the screaming and singing along.
We went to Chuck-E-Cheese for my mom’s birthday. And we also had a family reunion for my grandparents and I got to see a lot of aunts and uncles and cousins I hadn’t seen for a while. The kids got very wet and dirty and SR fell into the ditch at the park but luckily Grandpa Ray saved him.
And the next day we went to the zoo with my sister-in-law Sarah and her kids.
And then I visited my twin sister Liz and we went to Crystal Hot Springs and my daughter went down the water slide over and over again.
And home again. It was very busy and fun and I was glad to be there and glad to be home.
